Welcome....
I
really enjoyed sailing down to Bideford, and around the estuary in
Jez-y-belle. A beautiful, traditional little boat, sailing in her was a
reminder of times past, a really memorable experience.

(Estuary Trip)
We really enjoyed our trip over the bar in Patron - lovely boat,
skipper and place - many thanks for the day and the memory, and looking
forward to next time!

An exciting and exhilarating experience - we look forward to coming
again.

Niki is
a very good sailor in whom I have the utmost
confidence. She respects both the sea and the weather.
She sensibly never assumes the competence of her crew - she
will always brief on safety aspects as well as the passage plan.
Instructions are clear and well found. She also has a great
sense of humour. There is never a dull moment on Patron.

(Long weekend trip to Padstow)
I enjoyed a trip
with Niki, on Patron, to 'Obby ' Oss ' day in Padstow. Such fun, enough
privacy, and comfortable too! The return trip, a ten hour sail with big
winds and sea, was a good experience. We were well briefed, made to
feel safe, and Niki was always calmly in control. I would sail at
anytime with her.

(Trip to Padstow for May 1st)
We had a great
trip sailing to Ireland and exploring its South Coast, it was a real
adventure. Niki is the best skipper I have ever sailed with and I would
have the confidence to sail anywhere in the world with her.
Kevin
(two week trip to Ireland)
I have sailed
quite a bit of the Bristol Channel now with Niki. We have explored the
rugged but idyllic island of Lundy and popped into the picturesque
harbour of Clovelly. We moored off the glorious long sandy beach of
Oxwich on the Gower peninsular; had a bird's eye view in the harbour of
Ilfracombe's water festival and had the day off to visit the SS Great
Britain in Bristol. We have been to Cardiff, Swansea and many other
places. We have been surrounded by pods of dolphins playing, with the
mums teaching the babies how to ride the bow wave of the boat. We have
had seals pop their heads out of the sea to say hello. For a non sailor
it has been a really good learning experience, something I have never
done before but will continue to do. Every trip gets even better as I
learn more and my confidence builds. I have been out with Niki in all
types of weather and sea conditions and have the upmost confidence in
her sailing and boat handling abilities, as well as in her lovely boat,
Patron.
