Appledore Sails offers three types of sailing:

Short trips around the picturesque Torridge Taw Estuary just for yourselves on an Appledore built two masted traditional lugger, 'Jez-y-belle'.

Privately charter 'Patron', a 31 foot skippered yacht, for short trips, for a day trip to Lundy or Clovelly, for a weekend or longer.

Hire a RYA qualified commercial offshore yacht master - to move your boat, for training, or to skipper your own charter holiday.

What guests say:

I really enjoyed sailing down to Bideford, and around the estuary in Jez-y-belle. A beautiful, traditional little boat, sailing in her was a reminder of times past, a really memorable experience.
